FYT45

This instructor led interval training class is designed to fit all fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to the tribe this 45-minute workout will challenge and push you to do things you didn’t even know you could do. Our dimmed lighting combined with our heart-pumping playlists will leave you feeling motivated and hungry for more. We promise.

FYT LYFT is a 50-minute instructor led strength and conditioning class. In LYFT, we utilize barbell techniques, dumbbells, kettlebells and more to achieve that perfect total body workout. All fitness levels welcome!

GENTLE YOGA
This class is great for newbies or experienced yogis to focus on the fundamentals of building a strong practice. Gently flow through a series of static and dynamic postures focusing on alignment, breath, lengthening, and strengthening the body.
 
This class is available in unheated and gently warmed options. 
YIN YOGA ✨
Come relax and restore in this gentle YIN series. Aiming at increasing circulation and flexibility, Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. 
 
ROOT TO RISE

BREATH IS BOSS in this all levels, moderately paced practice. Breath and alignment guide you through postures that are purposefully linked together providing a transformative practice that offers challenges and modifications throughout.

HOT A$$, ARMS & ABS

Fire up your booty, arms, and core, in this sweat dripping, beats driven, 45 minute class! AAA utilizes a full arsenal of props, light weights, high reps, to get you sculpted, toned, and find you that 🍎 bottom booty. If the heats not for you, we’ve got an unheated option as well!

HOLY HIIT

Take your FYTness to the next level and join us for Holy HIIT. This 30 minute ALL OUT effort class consists of intense bursts of exercise followed by shorter rest and recovery periods to maximize calorie burn and build lean muscle.
