Fyt is amazing !!!!

All of the trainers are great and work with you at your speed ! They push you to do better and leave you feeling great after !
I work with Tom for personal training and I have never felt more confident and happy to be in the gym ! I’ve done lifting and exercises I’ve never done before due to fear ☺️ Thank you to Fyt & Tom I’m happy to be apart of Fyt.

Since moving back to Key West from San Diego I have struggled to find my work out motivation here, or at least work outs that I love to do and stick with. My first class at FYT was the upper body weight training and I LOVED it, so I decided to sign up as a studio member. All of the studio classes are amazing. The loud music, dark lights, and fast speed make the time fly by and the trainers are awesome!

This place is filled with the sweetest people that genuinely want to help you achieve whatever goal you’re working towards.
