All of the trainers are great and work with you at your speed ! They push you to do better and leave you feeling great after !

Since moving back to Key West from San Diego I have struggled to find my work out motivation here, or at least work outs that I love to do and stick with. My first class at FYT was the upper body weight training and I LOVED it, so I decided to sign up as a studio member. All of the studio classes are amazing. The loud music, dark lights, and fast speed make the time fly by and the trainers are awesome!
