This 30-minute express class uses the HIIT training or high-intensity interval training technique which involves periods of all-out 100 percent effort followed by short periods of rest/active rest. This is an effective way to burn fat faster in a shorter period of time!

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to the tribe this 50-minute workout will challenge and push you to do things you didn’t even know you could do. FYT4LIFE is a circuit training class offered for ages 50 and up. This instructor-led class combines resistance training and cardiovascular exercises to improve overall strength for a longer, healthier, happier life!
Start off in our circuit room with a 25-minute heart pounding, beat blasting HIIT session combining cardio and weight training. Following your sweat session head to our Yoga studio to stretch and strengthen finding that perfect mix of power and zen.
Relax and detox the body with this gentle restorative series. This class focuses on alignment, breath, and stabilizing the body.
This class is great for newbies or experienced yogis to focus on the fundamentals of a building strong practice. Slowly flowing thru a series of static postures focusing on alignment, breath, lengthening and strengthening the body. HEATED 95*/ALL LEVELS
This class will work every muscle through movement and breath as you build heat within moving through a moderate paced vinyasa that offers challenges or modifications throughout the flow.
Be prepared to lunge, squat, and curl while flowing to and from your favorite yoga poses. Fusing all the benefits of plyometrics, yoga, and strength training in one 30 minute beats driven class where muscles meets yoga.

Challenge yourself and your practice with balancing postures, inversions, arm balances and more with this a faster paced, high energy, vinyasa flow. This class will provide a sweaty, powerful, purposeful workout.

Each week spend 30 minutes learning how to create a strong foundation for your practice through focusing on the alignment of basic yoga poses and moving slowly with breath and mindfulness.
A fusion of yoga, ballet, and pilates this class utilizes light weights, resistance equipment, and our FYT Ball. This dynamic class focuses on small movements to shape big muscles. Enhance flexibility, improve your balance, and tone those hard to reach muscles in your core, legs, arms, and back finding a stronger, leaner, healthier YOU!
With the use of weighted hand gloves, FYT FIGHT knocks out upper body, lower body, core, and endurance in a high intensity, high energy, choreographed 30-minute class. Get your sweat on and work muscles you never knew existed! Join the FIGHT!
If classes aren’t what you are looking for, sign up with one of our Certified Personal Trainers for private or small group training sessions. 30 and 50 minute sessions available.
We wouldn’t be a FYT fam if we didn’t include the kids too! While you’re getting sweaty in one of our classes, lifting in the gym, or browsing through the FYT shop, your little ones can join the tiny tribe playroom! Which means No Excuses!
Available for children from 6 months to 12 years of age. Drop in rates and Unlimited packages available. We recommend making reservations in advance, but accept walk-ins if space allows.
